1. AUTOMATED SERVICE NATURE

You acknowledge that the services provided by OneStepForTheLife (including but not limited to Market Reports, Astrology Calculations, and Social Profile Optimization) are generated by automated software algorithms. These reports are NOT reviewed by human consultants unless a specific "Executive Consultation" package is purchased.

2. NO WARRANTY OF OUTCOME

Engineering/Market Reports: Provided "as is" for informational purposes. While based on industry standards, they do not constitute binding engineering advice.
Astrology/SPO Services: These are probabilistic tools. We do not guarantee specific results (e.g., job offers, marriage proposals, or stock market gains). You assume full responsibility for any actions taken based on this data.

3. NO REFUND POLICY (Digital Goods)

Due to the immediate digital nature of these services:

All sales are final. Once the "Generate Report" or "Pay" button is clicked, computing resources are consumed immediately.
No Refunds will be issued for "dissatisfaction" with the algorithmic result.
Exceptions: Refunds are only processed if a technical failure prevents the delivery of the report (e.g., server crash), subject to verification by our IT logs.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Amit Kumar (C.Eng) and OneStepForTheLife accept zero liability for financial, physical, or reputational damages resulting from the use of these automated tools. The total liability in any dispute is strictly limited to the amount paid for the specific service (e.g., ₹499).

5. JURISDICTION

All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

6. INTERNATIONAL CLIENTS

For international clients: This service is provided from India. By using this platform, you agree to be bound by Indian Information Technology Act, 2000.

8. Disclaimers
